2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or requesting/using our services, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to: Provide accurate information, requirements, and documents needed for project execution Approve designs, content, or milestones on time Make payments as per the agreed schedule Follow all laws related to the content, data, or materials they provide
Not request illegal, harmful, or unethical work

4. Payments and Billing

All invoices must be paid as per the payment terms mentioned in the proposal.
Work begins only after the initial advance payment is received.

Delayed payments may lead to project delays, account suspension, or termination.
Taxes and government charges (GST etc.) may apply as per Indian law.

Payments made are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the service agreement.

5. Project Timelines

Project timelines are shared based on:
Scope of work
Client responsiveness
Third-party dependencies
Delays in approvals, payments, or content submission from the client side may extend timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Client Materials

All logos, content, and data provided by the client remain their property

6.2 Company Materials

All frameworks, source code, designs, templates, and methodologies used by Bizserves remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Final Deliverables
Ownership of final deliverables (designs, code, documents) transfers to the client only after full payment is received.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all information shared by clients.
Similarly, clients agree not to share Company documentation, proposals, code, or internal processes with third parties without permission.

8. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools such as:
Hosting providers
Payment gateways
Google APIs
SMS/Email service providers
We are not responsible for downtime, errors, or failures caused by third-party systems.

9. Limitation of Liability

Bizserves Consultancy Services is not liable for:
Loss of profits, revenues, or data
Business interruption
Client-side misuse or misconfiguration
Delays caused by third-party outages or force majeure
Errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by clients
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

10. Revisions and Changes

Any work outside the agreed project scope (additional pages, new features, redesigns, etc.) will be treated as additional work and billed separately.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service if:
Payments are not made on time
The client engages in unethical or illegal activities
There is a breach of these Terms
Upon termination, no files, code, or deliverables will be transferred until dues are cleared.

12. Legal Compliance

Clients agree that:
Their content complies with Indian laws
Their business is legally authorized
They will not use our services for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities

13. Changes to Terms

Bizserves Consultancy Services may update these Terms at any time.
