• To improve customer satisfaction through real-time updates, in-app chat, and transparent pricing.

Our Approach / Solution:

• Designed and developed the Dr Clothes mobile app using Flutter for a smooth cross-platform experience.

• Built the backend in Laravel, ensuring high performance, scalability, and easy API integration.

• Created a multi-vendor module to manage multiple laundry service providers with real-time availability tracking.

• Integrated payment gateway, wallet system, and push notifications for convenience and engagement.

• Implemented in-app chat for direct communication between customers and service providers.

• Focused on a simple, intuitive UI/UX to make booking, tracking, and payments seamless.
